Genuine mazda rotary M8 x 1.0mm grade 10 bolt set for all NON turbo 215mm pressure plates

* Important note * – All Mazda Rotary 8.5 – 215mm pressure plates require 2 shanked bolts as this era unit does not run modern type dowels.

Instead precise location of the pressure plate is made by the shanked area of bolt, locating into 2 non threaded counter bored holes in the flywheel only.

Failing to run shanked bolts may result in clutch failure, damage to vehicle or injury!

Steel bellhousing

Any rotary application seeing over 9000rpm, should then be equiped with a steel bell housing.

The completely CNC’d billet steel bell housing from promaz is a direct fit based off the mazda s5 rx7 bellhousing

In all applications safety should be paramount

Australian made from 6065 aluminium , a versatile upgrade from the traditional fork arrangement results in a smoother lighter pedal.

Adaptor FC to FD Rx7 Box

Shown here in the image (above) is the Direct Clutch Services Mazda rx7 FD to FC bell housing adaptor plate. This unit has two main purposes:

Purpose 1 Allows an FD Rx7 (s6-s7-s8) gear box to then fit in place of any Rx7 Series 5 gear box.

Note 1: Standard series 5 extension housing is also required in the conversion. This is a straight swap from the Series 5 to FD Gear Box

Note 2: The FD gear box is 18mm longer than stock series 5 Gear Box. The gear box mount and tail shaft fittment must cater for this 18mm

Note 3: This adaptor plate can be used on a Series 4 (8 bolt) bell housing. Though a Series 4 Extention housing cannot be used on the FD gear box

Purpose 2 – -The fitment of a push type clutch into your FD rx7.

Push Type clutches are available in greater range are often cheaper when compared to that of an equivalent Pull Type Unit.

Important Note: FC Turbo Starter Motor, FC turbo clutch slave cylinder, FC turbo hydraulic line, FC turbo throw out bearing & FC turbo clutch fork is also required.
